The following terms and conditions form the contractual agreement between you and Cheap Minicabs Temple Fortune. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you expressly acknowledge and accept, without reservation, the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

• References to “Cheap Minicabs Temple Fortune,” “we,” or “us” pertain to the service provider, while “you” and “your” encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

• 2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers with specified check-in times. Cheap Minicabs Temple Fortune cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unavailability at the scheduled pickup time.

2.2 You are responsible for booking a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage adequately. We do not guarantee the transportation of an excessive amount of luggage, and each child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be communicated during the booking process.

Prices & Payment

• 3.1 Our quotes are based on the information provided by you. Prices, unless otherwise indicated, exclude VAT, which will be added if applicable. Any significant changes to the itinerary may result in an adjustment to the quoted price.

3.2 The provided quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and covers airport parking costs. Any wait exceeding this period will incur charges at the standard waiting rate, and adjustments to accommodate flight delays are at our discretion.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of the confirmation. Failure to notify Cheap Minicabs Temple Fortune of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

• 4.1 Passengers are collectively responsible for their behavior during the journey. Any damage or negative impact on the vehicle by a passenger may result in a cleaning cost charge.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 The number of passengers carried complies with licensing and insurance regulations.

Cancellations

• 5.1 Notify us of cancellations as soon as possible to avoid charges. Cancellations after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver.

5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may result in charges to the original payment method.

Liability

• 6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to factors beyond our control. We assume no responsibility for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You agree not to hold Cheap Minicabs Temple Fortune liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or matters deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

• 7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any risk is posed to the vehicle or driver, whether through abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

• 8.1 Cheap Minicabs Temple Fortune may subcontract obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We retain the right to modify terms and conditions, with changes effective upon updating this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 Information is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Cheap Minicabs Temple Fortune and you.

8.5 No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement without written consent.

Disputes

• Any dispute or claim must be filed within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes beyond this timeframe will not be entertained by Cheap Minicabs Temple Fortune.
